ANOTHER WAY TO TEACH MATHEMATICS I AND II RACE IN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

Abstract

The poor performance of students in first year of Chemical Engineering degree in learning the contents of Mathematics I and II in the solution of problems and exercises, for subsequent
application in the disciplines of curriculum and modes of action as professional future, informed by surveys and interviews with experienced teachers and graduates of the Faculty in the exercise
of the profession and students of different years of this race, is to propose a methodology to refine the teaching-learning process these subjects, in order to raise the quality of graduate whose purpose is to address the problem posed in this research.
