Abstract

In recent years, companies have shown greater awareness and interest in technological innovation and its management, notably increasing competitiveness, efficiency and productivity, import substitution and increasing exports. Precisely, the investigation aims to propose a methodology to manage technological innovation with integration of complex process analysis as a way to carry out a study of the processes involved in the ron industry. The methodology is applied, starting from an integral diagnosis in a case study, determining the weak points and proposing technological alternatives that lead to the elaboration of a technological development strategy. As a final result, the impact of the proposals is analyzed and the implementation of the methodology is proposed in other ruminative industries of the corporation.
