Abstract

The complete design of buildings require of good an non-impermeabl y system to cove r the construction, however it have been identify some problems in the stability of the sealing or mastic used, so more than 61% of the construction had a problems nowadays, in Cuba. In order to solve this problem, many mastiques have been obtained from different components of oxidized-asphalt, turpentine  and organic solvent, etcétera. Up to now, the MICONS have produced mastic but still is not sufficient to supply  the internal necessities. Moreover many of them have quality problems due to the fact of  low conductivity , high glass tendency and  the presence of organic solvent in its composition, which will reduce the durability of  the impermabilization system. One way to over come this situation is to use the natural pine’s resins as a main component of  the sealing mastic. So here we obtained  three  prototypes of asphalt mastic. In this study, we have starting with a statitical analyzes of the technical parameters of the three porposed combinations of the mastic from the pines‘s resins,  anddetemining  the best combination to be used as Impermeability Cover Systems which are equivalent to the commertial products according to the internacional regulations  for these products.
