CLEANER PRODUCTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT IN THE PRODUCTION OF BIOACTIVE AND VITROFURAL IN BIOACTIVE CHEMICAL CENTER

Abstract

This work is in the Production Plant of Chemical Bioactive Center, which plays an important role in producing active pharmaceutical ingredients and additives for culture media for use in drug production and agriculture respectively. Cleaner Production and Environmental Management System allowed the implementation of environmental policies and standards, reduce operating costs, add value and increase competitiveness. To start the implementation of Environmental Management System was defined environmental policy, objectives, environmental goals and action plan of the center. As a result generate cleaner production options in the production processes that allowed Vitrofural and bioactive and improve the environmental performance of the center.
