STRATEGY FOR GENERATION OF ALTERNATIVES CLEANER PRODUCTION IN A SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM GALVANIC PRODUCTIONS

Abstract

Trough the analysis of environmental situation and the improvements of solution with proactive character was defined the importance of integration of enterprises management tools, as the way to change the historical forms to resolve the environmental problems; obtaining this change, trough the methodology considering quality management systems, environmental management systems and process analysis techniques as a whole to propitiate favorable scenery to increase the application level of solution of proactive character and range of positive global impacts in Cuban industrial field. The methodology was applied in the wastewater treatment systems for liquid residuals with heavy metals resulting of galvanic process. The characterization and evaluation of the process development was determined by the realization of mass balances in the chemical reactor. The main problems identified are conducing to development of technological process and its solution are basing in the application of the best practical operation.
