Abstract

In the present study we determined the stage for greater expression of the extracellular proteases of the bacteria Tsukamurella paurometabola, C924, the active agent bionematicida HeberNem. The study was conducted in a crop of high-density, adjusting the experimental data to model
diauxico combined with the growth of Luedekin Piret training product. During the phase of growth in free amino acids were not detected the expression of proteases to the culture medium. The expression of proteases was increased in the second half of the growth phase in sucrose. These results demonstrate that the microorganism excreted proteases in the absence of free amino acids because of the need to hydrolyze other proteins and excreted from the cellular debris in the
advanced stage of the cultivation of high density. The data was adjusted to a mixed model of product training. These results allow maximizing the production of proteases with the aim of increasing the biological activity of bionematicida HeberNem.
