USE OF POLYMERS IN THE PROCESS SINTERING
Abstract
This paper shows the valuation results of the ZARFORM 5020A polymer, where it reached to the conclusion that the obtained sinter has the same positive effect concerning chemical stability andhardness. When using this polymer, nickel metallization, in the obtained end product sinter increases and with this mechanical property of this product improve too. The optimal dose of the
Polymer was of 200 g/t (5,71) and it was obtained a sinter product with 93,23 % of Ni, Co, 042 %, Fe, 032 %, S, 0,07 % and C, 018 %. The degradation was about 40% to 45 minutes.
