Abstract

Technological canges representd as vectors at a solar drying system of Santiago de Cuba are evaluated and compared. The changes for the near future are described by means of their energetic, environmental, economic and functional components. As a result of those changes are given some solar cheap dryers types and their technical description. Solar drying, of a great economical value, should be developed by means of multisectorial and national projects.
