Evaluation of the process of production of dental brushes in the company Cepil
Abstract
A study of the quality of the toothbrush produced by the company Cepil is presented, which includes customer satisfaction as well as the characterization of the oppressed materials and final product. Satisfaction surveys are carried out with the population regarding the perception of product quality and customer complaints during the last six years. The main quality parameters of the raw material, including suppliers, are evaluated, as well as the quality inspections of the toothbrush during the production process. The results show that the durability of the product has a high significance in the population, together with its sale price. In terms of raw materials, the greatest difficulties arise in the diameter and uniformity of the diameter of the monofilaments and percentage of recovery that are out of the norms. For the case of the final product, some tests that predict what is related to the durability of the brush are not established.
