Abstract

In this work the premises to begin the assimilation of new technologies from the studies of laboratories are presented, in which the main considerations for the development of processes are included. As a starting point, the experiences acquired in the conception of a technology for production of biofuels from agro-industrial residues were taken in to account, with a special
interest of the stages of pretreatment and hydrolysis of the lignocellulosic materials.
