Abstract

On the base of a two-dimensional mathematical model and software based on him, conceived to simulate the operation of the reactors used in the production of Hydrogen, by the catalytic steam reforming of LPG, several simulation studies they have been developed, using as source of information the data of the industrial operation. In this work the results are presented of one of the simulation studies, carried out with the purpose of valuing the effect that the changes in the quality of the LPG utilized as raw material, they could cause in the quality of the produced hydrogen.
