Abstract

This work takes place in  the Siboney Company in  the province of Camagüey, in order to analyze the termoenergetic  system  of it and determine the efficiency of investments. Was evaluated the generation steam area through energetic and exergetic balances expressing their current behavior. Thermoenergetyc system was study by simulation, obtaining results of many indicators. In carrying out  the simulation system termoenergetic (STE),  was obtained that alternative proposal provides a gain of $ 1 146 405,55 economic benefit in connection with the case basis. Energy efficiency with a 83,31 %, exergetic with 23% and the rate of steam generation with 2,49 kg of steam  /kg of fuel, reflected  the quality of  the steam generator operation after  it s refurbishment.
