Abstract

A limitant question for the use of a mathematic model of phenomenological nature is based in the ignarance and difficulty for the estimate the value of the complete reaction time of the different sizes particles and their dependence with the operation variables. This problem incluyes the identification of the controler reaction mechanism and in second place the particles inicial size behaviour. The present work shows a method to determine the controler mechanism of a non catalitic fluid-solid system using the operation data of a comercial plant. Though the utiliced data come from the neutralization plant of the Pedro Sotto Alba fabric of Moa, the method is of general application to any reaccionant system of the same type treated in this work.
