Abstract
In this paper provides an analysis of key variables that influence the process of electrocoagulation is subject to the residual vinasse is obtained from the process of obtaining alcohol, to obtain solids present in the same , which can be used as corrosion inhibitors and at the same time, it reduces the aggressiveness of this residual. The analysis of the influence of the variables in the process of electrocoagulation, was developed by a 23 factorial design of experiments, taking as variables: the pH of the vinasse, current and timeof residence, obtaining the optimal combinations of these variables that allow greater amount of solid answers variables: solids obtained in the foam and liquid. In this case, the variables were statistically significant pH and the intensity of the strong current from the foam, and the solids from the liquid pH and time, none of the interactions was significant or solids obtained or in the liquid in the foam. Of these, we studied the solids from the liquid, corroborated that behave as inhibitors
organic adsorption, introducing efficiencies satisfactory to the chrome steel metal material was used in this case. Recommendations have been made according to the results.
