Design of a technology to treat the residual water of brewery

Abstract

The present work was carried out in the Brewery Hatuey located in the county Santiago from Cuba. The analysis leaves of the identification of the residual ones that are still without to try or to recover for its reutilización, because in the last years the Brewery has reduced the vertimiento considerably of residual, due to the implementation of different proposed technologies. Assisting to the valued characteristics confirms that the industry still pours residual polluting highly to the bay through the river Yarayó, fundamentally regarding solids and coliformes. Intends as treatment of residual for this brewer a compound system for a sedimentador, a coagulative floculador and a filter between granulating, having in consideration the characteristics of the land and the geographical location of the industry.
