Abstract

The principal objective of the present work is the analysis of the variables that have influence in getting solids by the process of electrocoagulation, starting from vinaza, liquid residual of the
Hatuey Diestilery, to be employed as ecological corrosion inhibitors. The comprobation of the solids obtained front the electrocoagulation process inhibitors was made by the gravimetric method, and the behaviour was as adsorption organic. The analysis of the influence of variables in the electrocoagulation process was developed by means of a factorial experiments design 23, considering as variables: the entrance temperature, the intensity of current and the residence time , obtaining the optimal combinations of these variables,
that permit a greater quantity of solids in the answer variables: solids obtained in the foam, and the liquid. The three studied variables had influence in the obtained solids in the liquid, reaching the greatest values of solids obtained at the greatest values of time and current intensity and at the lowest value of temperature. The solids obtained from the foam did not present astatistical signification, due the selectioned variable range.
